What to Expect at Campbell Chiropractic

Chiropractic, you will be asked to fill out a health history form. Or if you prefer, you can download our New Patient Paperwork forms below and bring them with you (completed) to your first visit.
New Patient Paperwork
Dr. Campbell will meet with you for a private consultation to discuss your health history. You can also expect an examination of your condition to decide if Upper Cervical chiropractic care is what you need.
If we can help you with Upper Cervical care, Dr. Campbell will perform a more detailed examination including:
- Orthopedic and neurological testing
- Surface electromyography
- Thermographic imaging
- Unique 3-D X-rays
After this visit, but before he meets with you again, Dr. Campbell will:
- Visualize your 3-D X-rays
- Locate and quantify your spinal misalignments
- Determine what issues are unique to you
- Create a treatment plan specifically for you
Please set aside one hour for this visit, and wear clothing you find comfortable. Our assistant will provide a paper gown for use in a small portion of your exam, but you’ll be able to wear your normal clothing for the majority of the visit. For that reason, you should wear something easy to take on and off.

Your Second Visit

When you return to Campbell Chiropractic for your second visit, Dr. Campbell will go over the results of your examination. During this visit, you can also expect Dr. Campbell to do the following:
- Help you understand what’s wrong
- Explain how he can help
- Tell you how long he expects it will take
- Tell what treatment will cost
- Answer your questions
- And provide your first Upper Cervical adjustment
Please set aside roughly 45 minutes for this second visit.
At all adjustment visits, it’s a good idea to not wear sandals simply because they tend to slip off while lying face down on the adjusting table.
